Formed in April 2014 as a Texas domestic non-profit corporation.
Created to plan and execute all of the philanthropic activities of Kaneka Americas Holding, Inc. (KAH) and other companies within the Kaneka Corporate group.
Headquartered at the KAH main office at 6250 Underwood Rd., Pasadena, Texas.
The Kaneka Foundation has been granted 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the IRS.
